Outdoor Headshot & Family Portrait Evening: Jul 15, 2026

Kelly Jo and I are so excited to be offering an Outdoor Headshot & Family Portrait Evening at the beautiful SAIT Main Campus!

I've photographed several grad sessions here over the past year, and every time I leave thinking, "Why don't I use this location more?" It's a favourite place to photograph because it's incredibly versatile. It can work for shoots where you want a more relaxed feel, but it also works for something more polished and professional.

Another reason we chose SAIT is because it gives us so much variety in one location. There is no shortage of incredible backdrops to work with:

-Stunning architecture - brick, stone, glass, metal

-Views of Calgary's skyline

-Gorgeous greenery with mature trees

-Modern indoor spaces to add variety to your gallery!

And another bonus? Because this is Calgary and it's been crazy this year with unpredictable weather ... we've got a backup plan! If the weather doesn't cooperate, SAIT has covered and indoor locations, so your session will go ahead rain or shine.

Kelly Jo will be available for professional hair and makeup touch-ups, and I'll guide you through posing so you look relaxed, confident, and completely like yourself.

These sessions can be used for headshots, personal portraits, and even family shoots .... lots of options for you!! Just let us know what you'd like to use the time for and we can see if we can make it work!!

Headshot/Portrait Experience:

This is our regular offering, which is anything but regular. This session gives you an opportunity to get different looks with both poses and wardrobe.

Your session includes:

25 minute session
makeup enhancement and styling by Kelly Jo
posing guidance by Kelly Jo and Janet
5 digital files from a gallery of 20+ images
additional files available for purchase
$375 plus gst

Headshot Express includes:

10 minute session
makeup enhancement and styling by Kelly Jo
posing guidance by Kelly Jo and Janet
2 digital files chosen from a gallery of 6-8 images
additional files available for purchase
$210 plus gst

Family Session:

Bring in the family for a shoot at SAIT!

Your session includes:

25 minute photo session
makeup enhancement and styling by Kelly Jo
posing guidance by Kelly Jo and Janet
25 digital files
One 8x10 print of your favourite and a 5x7 of each image selected
additional files available for purchase
$650 plus gst
