I'm so excited to offer Garden Sessions in the breathtaking gardens of Vale's Greenhouse in Diamond Valley, south of Calgary on Sunday, June 14.

This stunning hidden gem has always held a deeply personal connection for me. My mom worked here before her diagnosis, spending her days surrounded by flowers, lush greenery, and thoughtfully designed gardens. It was a place that brought her joy.

 And June 14th—this session date—just happens to be her birthday.

When I realized that date aligned perfectly for both Vale’s and me, I knew without question… this was meant to be the day.

We’ll be photographing in their specialty gardens, and I truly cannot wait.  I don’t even have my own photos to properly showcase the gardens in their full mid-June bloom just yet… so for now, you’ll have to imagine with some of the photos from their IG.

But I promise you—it will not disappoint.

This expansive space features gorgeous mature trees, charming stucco and cobblestone walls, blooming flowers, elegant hedges, inviting patios, beautiful statues - and it just keeps going. Every direction offers another enchanting backdrop and I'm so excited to photograph there.

There’s even a small oast house - a distinctive pyramid-shaped traditional British agricultural building - which adds an unexpected storybook charm to the property!!! So fun.

Every corner offers something unique, timeless, and full of life, making this location ideal for so many types of sessions.

It's wide open for what kind of shoot you'd like to do here...  family photos, updated portraits, personal branding images, or even a magical grad shoot (eeeek! that would be so fun!).

To make this experience even more special, the incredibly talented Kelly Jo will be joining us, offering her signature styling and beauty expertise to help you feel confident, polished, and absolutely your best for your session.

And another great part? Before or after your session, you’ll have time to wander, explore, and browse the greenhouse itself - perhaps even bringing home a little beauty for your own home or garden. I definitely recommend doing that!!! (You can place it by a framed photo from your shoot there!)

I truly cannot wait to create here. I've done sessions in the greenhouses before, but not actually in the gardens!!!

And if Mother Nature doesn’t cooperate that day, we’ll find another date that works at Vale’s Greenhouse or another beautiful location in Calgary.
